The line consists of loading conveyor, full convection furnace (4 oven sections with 4 hot air blowers in each section) , quench, unloading conveyor, inverter controlled quench & cooling blowers, air distribution box, noise reduction cabin, electrical cabins with air conditioning, IR scanner and emergency generator.

The tempering line is in good condition, currently in production, running now in 3 shifts. It is primarily used for architectural glass, including all sorts of temperable Low-E’s. It is for sale because it is being replaced by a larger furnace.
The line is sold as is in its current condition. It will be available for packing and transport after being decommissioned and dismantled in March 2023.
